How to Care for Your Cutting Board

With just a little maintenance every few weeks, your board can last a lifetime. Follow these simple steps:

Never put in the dishwasher – Hand wash only.
Avoid soaking – Don’t leave it submerged in the sink.
Wash both sides – Even the unused side needs rinsing to maintain balance.
Towel dry immediately & stand on edge – This ensures even moisture evaporation.
Apply food-grade mineral oil – Coat all surfaces and let it soak for a couple of hours.
